I was skeptical of buying a watch online. Usually I am wearing it when I buy it. I tried it and got the watch I wanted. I had a situation arrive a couple years later when I needed them to chase down some paperwork and my proof of purchase. They were very helpful, professional and timely. I have had a very positive experience with them.

I now shop elsewhere. I used to buy from AuthenticWatches.com but they have become very greedy. They nitpick on little things, even with expensive pieces like Rolex. They WILL NEVER price match with other leading gray market watch retailers and said they would rather lose me as a return customer than price match. Finally, the last Rolex I bought from them was listed as "new" but when I took it to a dealer to size, they were skeptical. I will now shop at the other major online watch retailer. Much better. They ALWAYS price match!
(Company says my review is not based on a genuine experience but it is. I have all the receipts to PROVE my repeat business with them. In fact, Trustpilot required this documentation to publish my review.)

This was my first purchase from AunthenticWatches.com and I was very pleased with the process. Before making my purchase, I contacted the company via phone to ask a few questions. A real human answered the phone and answered all of my questions. The customer service representative provided me with recommendations on how to streamline the purchase and receive my watch as quickly as possible...I did as she said, and I received my watch the next day. The watch was brand new with documentation and accessories (as advertised). Based on this experience, I recommend AuthenticWatches.com and would do business with them again.

I purchased a black dial Submariner and was pleasantly surprised at the buying process and with the high quality of everything I received. Box and watch in pristine condition (as one would expect buying a luxury timepiece). Their customer service was really responsive to each of my questions and made the transaction effortless. I purchased my Rolex in March and I have enjoyed wearing it since that time. No issues, everything still pristine and works fantastically.

The answer of AuthenticWatches.com, tries to bring responsibility on Breitling when it AuthenticWatches.com tries to sell their products and even now it advertises and misleads customers. The method of misleading customers regularly is part of the standard work which leads them unfortunately.They also do not reimburse the expenses incurred by the customers. Not to mention a waste of time and mental anguish. Bullying behavior without a shadow of a decent commercial behavior!Instead of apologizing and compensating the injured customer, they are brazenly trying to sell him what they want and not what he wanted.Even to Trustpilot They tried to say that it is not them to evade responsibility
