"2 good experiences"
I have just completed the purchase of my second timepiece from authenticwatches.com. Given some of the reviews I see on the internet I felt I have to chime in and give my honest experience. I bought a beautiful brand new Longines Flagship Heritage Rose Gold small seconds (07/2021) and also a brand new beautiful Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch Saphhire sandwich (06/2022). Both pieces came brand new in box with all plastics and hang tags as well as card holder, instruction manual and cards. Both watches are perfectly functional as supposed to be and both watches sold to me at a price I couldn't find anywhere else. Authenticwatches is a great business as far as my 2 fairly recent purchases worth over 10,000$ USD went. Thanks for reading everyone. I feel like the negative reviews crowd out the millions of people like me that indeed had great experiences and felt I had to contribute.

"I don't recommend shopping from this website"
Not authentic watches at all!
Don’t shop from this website ✋
Please read my review and then the judge based on your intellectual understanding!
I purchased my Omega watch through this website, and it wasn’t a good experience.
The information and the picture that was shown weren’t complete and match with the description and the watch!
When I received my watch, it was absolutely shocking because first it wasn’t what I expected and second, it was defective, and the crown didn’t work and even came out too far.
Besides that, they have zero customer service.
They made me pay for my return shipping and deduct 10% stocking for the watch that I even didn’t open or use!
We took the watch to the Omega store to check its authenticity and performance, and the retailer told me this is a defective product and that they should have provided us with the correct information, because the website and picture didn’t mention anything about the battery-operated model (old model), and the picture of the bottom of the watch.
I also spoke with their manager and emphasized when people are paying a few thousand dollars for their purchase and shop with you, you need to check the item's accuracy and authenticity, and whether it is working properly or not and then ship it to the customer, but he rudely responded that this is not our responsibility.
Very upset about this company, and absolutely do not recommend even trying them once.
I wish I could attach the photos for your reference.
But you would be able to see them on other review platforms.

"Lies and thieves"
Lies and thieves, we paid 1k extra on the deposit. They said it would take three months. Called on the three month mark didn’t here a thing from them prior. And they claimed they sent an email almost two months earlier giving me two day to pay the balance. Email was never sent or received. They cancelled my order and refuse any refund. Only option as to pay a 2 k mark up for the same watch. 3k gone. Don’t shop here !!!!!

"Misrepresented return policy"
Very dishonest. In addition to all of the bait and switch reviews on here, their return policy is misleading and their reps mislead you as well. I bought a watch on 2/18 for my wife's birthday on 4/3. I confirmed with the customer service rep that 30 Day returns were a full refund. I told her my wife's birthday was 6 weeks away and she said it was a 10% re-stocking fee for all other orders (Their website says this as well). Well I got my wife the wrong model (the watch was literally never taken out of the box) so I called to return expecting to pay a 10 % re-stocking fee and was told I could not return it at all. They then said I could exchange it for a 15 % re-stocking fee if I bought a more expensive watch. I asked for a supervisor. He said I could exchange it for 20 % re-stocking fee if I bought a more expensive watch and I could return it today. I said I was out of town and could return it on Friday (it is Monday) and he well now it is a 30 % re-stocking fee. Its an $8000 watch so pretty hefty fee considering I had to buy an even more expensive watch. In the span of 15 minutes I was told no returns/no exceptions to 15 % to 20 % to 30 %. All within 15 minutes !!
They have you over a barrel and just totally try and take advantage of you. I made a huge mistake buying from these people, I am certainly not going to give them another $2400 for the privilege of getting screwed again.

"Do Business Elsewhere"
I ordered a Cartier Ballon Bleu moon phase watch from Authentic Watches. The item came overnight, which was great. I opened the watch to find that the sapphire case back was not present as advertised in the listing, and that it was stainless steel like the rest of the watch. I also noticed the manual was missing from the box and that the box itself was coming apart at the top seam. I contacted them to discuss each of these issues.
I was told that although they misrepresented the item, that is how the item came, and I could look it up myself if I didn't believe them. That is not the point; I am a layperson buying a watch. I don't need to be watch connoisseur to buy a watch - they are the expert selling me the watch and misrepresented it. They admitted in writing in their response, however, that they did misrepresent the watch.
As for the missing manual, they told me they would snail mail the manual. I informed them I was giving it as a present, and if they could expedite it. Even though I spent $7,000 on an item, they could not spring for the $7.85 to send it Priority Mail. Lastly, they wouldn't even acknowledge the box being defective as part of their response.
I then asked to return the item for the above reasons - misrepresentation and box falling apart. They said yes, but that I had to pay for the return shipping, which is ridiculous because the item was misrepresented and the box was falling apart. Lastly, when I returned the item, which I recorded in painstaking detail because I no longer trusted them, they tried to hit me with a 10% restocking fee for "damage" which they asked me to accept. They sent a picture of the same watch with a scuff on the front, without showing the back (because they misrepresented it) and the EXIF image data showed the photo was taken before I placed the order. I rejected it, and they just said, in essence, too bad, processed the refund and did not respond to any future communication.
Thankfully, I paid through Paypal, and was covered by their guarantee against misrepresented items. They ruled the claim I placed for the 10% restocking fee in my favor.
As for the watch, I took it to a jeweler that I trust who told me the timepiece was real, but the band may not have been, although he could not confirm. There were finer details about the engraving that seemed off on the band, but the watch was for sure 100% authentic.
However, if you have any problems, you are in for an unpleasant experience speaking to robots in customer service and being talked "at" instead of talked to.
Edit: Authentic Watches' reply falsely implies they gave me a full refund voluntarily, when in actuality, I needed to get PayPal involved who ultimately decided in my favor after making a claim with them and arguing via email with Authentic Watches, as stated above in my review.

"If I Could Give Them Zero Stars I Would"
Do not buy anything from this "company."I wish I had read the reviews on the internet about the scam this outfit runs before they took my money. I purchased a new Omega DeVille watch from this fraudulent operation. When I received it, it was obviously used. No Omega protective stickers and no Omega tags that appear on EVERY new watch Omega sells - bar none. There was simply an aftermarket piece of plastic around the watch. One of the holes on the strap was larger than the others indicating wear. And the case was scratched! Obviously used. It didn't even touch my wrist and I immediately called customer service. I was told they don't sell used watches. I returned the watch (at my own expense) then they took $230 out of my refund because they said they sent me a brand new watch and I returned it used. This is an outright lie and if you read other negative reviews and watch a video on YouTube you'll see that they've been using this scam for years to make money. If you'd like to learn more DM me on Instagram at @clewatchguy and I'd be happy to share the email exchange with them and direct you to others who have had the same experience.

"Buyer beware"
Buyer beware. Please ask in writing that you are buying a complete watch before payment. I had an incident where I purchased a new store display Rolex Datejust but later discovered a link is missing. When I asked about this, they refused to address the issue and instead provided a link to buy the link for $250. Apparently their store display are sourced from other stores so they can't guarantee it's a complete watch. Given I have purchased over $25k worth of watches with them, I expected some customer service.

"Bait-&-Switch! Buyer Beware!"
They showed pictures of a specific Rolex Daytona that is interesting to collectors so to make certain it was the picture of the exact watch I was interested in buying and not just some stock picture, I emailed and asked if it was specifically an "APH Error" watch. "Sandy" replied, "This item is an APH error model". The watch I received is lovely but it definitely IS NOT the more collectible APH error iteration I was bait-&-switched into believing I was buying. I complained to their general manager who told me I was mistaken and the picture didn't show the APH error. I should have taken a screen shot but didn't and thought I could rely on their written word. If I send it back, they will keep 10% which comes to almost $3,000! Buyer beware: these people will lie and falsely advertise to get your business. UPDATE: They stick by their position that I didn't see the watch I know I saw because if I didn't see that watch, why would I even email them before purchasing it to verify that it was indeed the APH error watch? And I forgot to mention originally that when I called them to complain about the watch not having the APH error face on it their salesman said, "Of course it isn't an APH watch; that's very valuable and you'd have to pay $10,000 more for one of those", which is utter nonsense as they don't trade for more than maybe $1K difference between a non-error face and an error face. Like I said, they lie. Caveat emptor, baby. Caveat emptor.
