"Bad experience with personalised mugs."

Purchased a personalised mug from this company .. it was dreadful .. the images were very dark and could hardly make out what the picture was …also the text on mug was very faint and partially erased .. they replaced the mug quickly after I complained and they apologised saying that it was their error .. replacement mug was perfect .I decided that they had been good apologising and replacing the mug quickly so I decided to order another mug for a friends birthday . This turned out to be my big mistake as this mug arrived and was also a shambles. One side the image I emailed them was of a ship but they chopped half the top of the ship off !The other side of mug was a picture of friend and they chopped top of his head off. This time after complaining they refused to offer a replacement mug or a refund !!!They tried to blame me but the image I emailed was perfect .. where is their quality control why would you send an item out like that ? Would not recommend this company and will never use them again . Have found another company with personalised mugs who are cheaper and do a better job.
