"Refund honoured "

I signed up a few months ago with Growin after receiving a text pitching their lead generation system then speaking with a rep from outside of North America. The few leads they sent me were unqualified. They had mentioned they were new to my market in Canada, so perhaps it's understandable that not many leads were provided. When I called to get my refund within the designated period, they gave me an extension and a new client that had unrealistic price expectations. A month later I called to cancel and get my refund. It took some back and forth, but the reps were very polite on the phone and they fully refunded me when they said they would. Despite what other reviews say, their agreement to refund my money was honoured, and I appreciate that.

"So far"

So far, I have been impressed with their business model and the services they provide, particularly the lead provision. As I own a firm myself and have realtors working for me, the primary reason I purchased their plan was to distribute those leads to my team. However, even their premium plan did not meet my lead volume requirements. The salesperson offered me the option to purchase two plans, but then the issue of pricing arose. My suggestion is that they should offer a customization option, allowing a person to design their own plan and receive a reasonable cost based on their specific needs.

"Everything is progressing well so far"

Everything is progressing well so far, as I have been working with this company for approximately 1.5 months. However, one challenge I am facing is that when I receive a live transfer, it can be difficult to pursue the prospect effectively. This is because I am often driving or attending to other errands, and if I am unable to answer the call, an appointment is set up based on the customer's preference. While it is not the company's fault, as these appointments are scheduled according to the customer's preference, I believe that if they could improve this process or schedule appointments independently, rather than relying solely on customer preferences, it would significantly enhance my experience.

"I have been working with Growin Estate…"

I have been working with Growin Estate for the past four months, and overall, my experience has been good. However, one aspect that isn't ideal about this referral network is that I wasn't able to change my zip codes once I signed up. This is because they provide exclusivity for the zip codes, and once you provide them with your zip codes, they lock those for you. After two months, I requested a change in my zip codes as my fellow realtors were receiving better responses from nearby zip codes. Unfortunately, the only way to make this change was to sign up again. I don't think this is their fault, as they are keeping their commitments by maintaining exclusivity. Currently, I have seven prospects in my pipeline, and I am waiting to close them. Perhaps after my first closing, I will consider upgrading and making changes to my zip codes.

i signed up with this referral network back in October. Initially, I lost hope because I was expecting something substantial. At the time, I opted for the basic plan, despite knowing that the perks and benefits were significantly different from those offered in the premium plan. During the sales call, it was clearly explained to me that I wouldn't be able to access the premium perks with the basic plan. Nonetheless, I decided to wait for a few months to give it a try, taking advantage of their 60-day refund policy. However, things took a turn for the better when they shared three leads that surprisingly turned into potential clients. The market in Arizona was particularly challenging at that time, but those three potential clients offered a glimmer of hope. I kept them in the pipeline, and by July 2024, I was able to close one of them. This was a significant push start and a positive outcome from my investment with Growin Estate. Although we encountered some issues with the referral fee, which were on my end, Growin Estate compensated me in every way possible. Following that successful closing, I upgraded to the premium plan and am now optimistic about achieving good results in the future. Their service is good and cooperative, but the most important thing I'd like to emphasize is that you need to be patient, as great things take time. Kudos to the team at Growin Estate!

"Some ok leads, but not for me. "

I received leads for 6 months from Growin Estate & some leads were decent, but I overall decided to get my money back after 60 days which they granted me. I appreciate that. The people were kind to work with.
