"Don't Trust Growin Estate"
I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Growin Estate, a company that advertised itself as a lead referral service for real estate professionals. I hope this review helps others avoid the frustrations and financial loss I endured.
It all began with an unsolicited text message offering qualified lead referrals for as little as a 20% referral fee, payable only upon closing. Intrigued, I agreed to learn more and scheduled a call. This first interaction was with a representative named Tom, whose strong overseas accent initially gave me pause. However, I decided to remain open-minded and hear him out.
The call began oddly, with Tom directing me to watch two testimonial videos before proceeding. He then presented various packages, including one that required a $500 startup fee. Having prior experience with lead services that failed to deliver, I was cautious and asked numerous questions to determine the value of their offering.
Tom assured me that:
The phone numbers used for outreach were verified and would not appear as "spam" or "scam likely" on caller IDs.
The leads would be fully qualified and ready to have meaningful conversations with an agent.
My website and profile would be SEO-optimized to rank in top search results for selected zip codes.
My listings would be strategically marketed, supported by custom digital ads designed to attract high-quality leads.
Tom emphasized a 60-day, risk-free, full money-back guarantee, which ultimately convinced me to proceed. Unfortunately, this was the start of a disappointing journey.
Broken Promises and Misleading Practices
Immediately after payment, I noticed inconsistencies. When I asked Tom if he worked out of the company’s home office in New York, he said yes. Yet, my next call was with a "success manager" who also claimed to work out of New York, despite having a similarly heavy accent and providing no evidence of being locally based.
For three weeks, there was no communication—no emails, updates, or leads. I reached out, asking for proof of progress on the promises made: SEO optimization, listing advertisements, and lead generation. I received excuses about the "slow time of year" and was told that SEO services were not included in my package, despite being promised otherwise. The sample ads they provided were generic and lacked any semblance of customization or professionalism.
A Fake “Qualified Lead”
When I finally received my first "qualified lead," it was far from what was promised. I was cold-called by another representative, who hastily transferred me to a supposed seller. When I introduced myself, the individual on the other end was confused and said he was looking to rent out his property, not sell it. He revealed that he’d answered a spam call as a joke. This was neither a qualified lead nor a legitimate conversation-ready prospect.
The Battle for My Refund
When I attempted to exercise the 60-day money-back guarantee, I was met with resistance. During a lengthy retention call, they denied my request, claiming I hadn’t given them enough time and that producing one lead—even an unqualified one—fulfilled their obligation. They admitted to inaccuracies in their original promises but refused to take accountability.
Despite being told twice that my refund was “processed and would take 3-5 days,” nearly three weeks have passed with no resolution.
Conclusion
Growin Estate’s practices were misleading at best and deceptive at worst. Their promises of professionalism, qualified leads, and effective marketing were hollow, and their customer service was unhelpful and combative.
I hope this review serves as a warning to others. Trust your instincts, and do thorough research before engaging with any lead referral service. I have learned a costly lesson, but I am sharing my story in the hope of preventing others from making the same mistake.

"🚩 Beware of Deceptive Practices!"
Despite my phone number being on the National Do Not Call Registry, I received multiple unsolicited and deceptive text messages from Growin Estate LLC promoting their real estate lead generation services.
These messages were not only unwelcome but also misleading—promising “verified leads actively looking to buy or sell,” which turned out to be false. Further research revealed that Growin operates without proper licensing for the services they advertise, which is both unethical and illegal.
It's also suspicious how many glowing 5-star reviews this company has on here, especially when their actual practices are so questionable. Consumers deserve transparency and ethical behavior, and Growin Estate LLC fails miserably on both counts.
If you’ve had similar experiences, I recommend reporting them to the real estate licensing authority and attorney general's office in your state. Don't fall for their false promises.

"I joined Growin Estate in May 2024"
I joined Growin Estate in May 2024. I have received about one lead per month and have yet to have a conversation in any form with any of the "leads" provided. All of my messages have said that I am to contact the lead at 5:00PM the next day. I have never had a phone call answered at that time and multiple tries thereafter, not any response to a text.

"Got 5 unqualified leads"
Got 5 unqualified leads, one of the 5 leads answered my phone call and he said he never spoke to any one at Growin Estate and the lead said he wanted to buy a $700-800k house which was a joke considering the guy makes 21k a year and has no savings. Other 4 leads never answered my phone calls, text messages or emails. Call Growin Estate for a refund and they refused, said they would send me 2 live transfers in the next week and it never happened. This is a scam DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

"I have experienced no viable leads"
I have experienced no viable leads. I have been harassed by Tim, Vanessa and Mike to date. Each one try to trick you into believing that these stinky leads are somehow your fault for not producing a sale. The first lead was an email that came back as a failure and disconnected telephone line, the second lead was a call supposedly from a lead that I was at my mother’s funeral and I’m supposed to be available which I NEVER signed up for this service, and the third lead was the father of the son who purchased 6 months earlier. I will report you to the attorney general in CA and the BBB and contact my lawyers to see what laws you have broken in your scam of a business. It is unlawful to offer a 60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and hide in the fine print all the items that will cause you to not get a refund. This is a classic bait and switch tactic and I’m sorry they ever talked me into being involved with these swamp creatures. If you had told me EVERYTHING at the sales call I wouldn’t have given you my money. Again, run don’t walk away from Growin Estate. I want my refund NOW! Quit calling me to review your sorry excuses of leads. You haven’t fulfilled your end of the contract and therefore it is null and void. Now they are threatening me that if I leave a negative review that it voids my 60 day money back guarantee. I will make it my mission to report negative reviews every day until you release my money.

"Unfortunate experience "
I signed up for this company's lead generation service last December with the promise of receiving three quality leads per month. From the beginning, the experience has been incredibly disappointing.
Poor Lead Quality: None of the leads I received resulted in a transaction. Many were already working with other realtors or were not even looking for a home.
Misleading Promises: I realized within 30 days that this service was not delivering as advertised. When I tried to cancel, I was told over the phone that it wouldn't be a hassle. However, the company later refused to let me out of the contract.
Lack of Accountability: The service consistently failed to deliver on its guarantees, and there was no meaningful effort to address my concerns.
This has been a costly mistake, both in terms of time and money. I strongly advise other real estate professionals to avoid this company if you value transparency, quality, and integrity in your business partnerships.
