"6 MONTHS NOT 1 QUALITY LEAD IN CANADA"

i have been receiving non qualified bogus leads from this company since April 2024. Ive requested my money be returned several times now and they keep putting me off , first stating they will start to send to me better leads and 2nd stating we are conveniently past the 60 return policy. Well that is paragraph 4A- 4 b, c and d state they are return my money if I do not receive qualified leads. I have not and expect my money returned now. Not later. I suppose Im heading to a court room for it. DO NOT SIGN UP YOU WILL BE FIGHTING IN A USA COURT!!!! ALSO IF READ THE OTHER REVIEWS SEEMS THIS COMPANY ONLY PROVIDES QUALITY LEADS TO ITS USA REALTORS. SO IF YOU ARE LIKE ME AND LIVE IN CANADA, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Growin Estate has been a game-changer for my business! At first, the service was a bit slow, but after a conversation with their Marketing Manager, everything turned around. He really took the time to understand what I needed and asked for a little patience. After that, the referrals I started getting were spot on-clients who knew exactly what they wanted. "Months and months and still not one…"

Months and months and still not one qualified Lead.

It has been likely 4-5 months, maybe longer since I purchased their package. I have only received maybe that many leads, and yet not one has been qualified or expected my call. THe last one already was working with a realtor. I have asked for a refund as this is obviously a USA based company that has zero success in Alberta where I am based out of. They keep saying they are going to improve but that they refuse to refund my money. I did my part, I call and follow up on all the leads, 4-5 in as many months....... brutal customer service, if I treated my clients this way, I wouldn't be in business. My advice is to stay away, especially if you are in Canada

"DO NOT GET SCAMMED"

Here's my experience. I went for a customized package of 1899 USD. They were to provide me for 90 live and verified leads for the year. Thats an average of 7.5 Leads per month.

The sales girl that helped me was great to deal with. They have a great sales team. Onboarding went smooth. They have the sale part good. Once you sign up, the sales person who promised you the world does not deal with you or answer their number.

A hot live transfer that was promised means someone is actively looking to buy and wants to talk to you. Grow in estate provided no live transfer. They emailed 3 leads the first month with instructions to contact the lead at a certain time. I would reach out at the specified times. These leads would talk to you because of your unknown number. Once you make contact, these leads will say they are working, then screen you and disappear. Or say they just wanted to see a list of homes or they did not want to buy.

I documented all the times the lead was contacted. On my 28th day, I initiated the refund process through email nicely. I stated that the quality of the leads was not good or as promised. Also the amount of leads of 3 per month will not get me anywhere near 90 qualified leads, and I was expecting something different from this company.

They have a support team that will get back to you, promising to check your account and get it ramped up for you. But I quickly found out their intention was to string you along to get over the refund time and here's why:

Each time they would escalate your case to a different department (that might not have even existed).
That new person from either support team, compliance team, accounting team, or a manager had the same song and dance. They wanted more time and will try to get a new lead for you.
NO ONE WAS SERIOUS about issuing a refund.

When I was adamant on getting a refund and did not want any new leads:
They stopped getting back to you on time.
Their email response went from 1 or 2 business days to 3 to 7 business days.
At one point in time. I spoke with an acting manager that said they already spent my initial deposit - which is suspicious for spending 1899 usd for 3 leads within 30 days.
They started to screen my call.
This whole debacle ending being another 30 days of cat and mouse. Now my refund grace period is almost over.
I had to change my number to call to get through to someone eventually.
I told them the call was being recorded for my lawyer. And whoever answered the phone that day hesitantly complied by issuing me an email that said the refund request is a queue.

Week passed by and after multiple emails and calls. Someone that was supposedly the one that made the decision on the refund called and offered me to change the plan. I mentioned that I have a refund confirmation but he did not acknowledge this. It was clear this company would not issue me any type of refund.

Luckily I was able to reverse the charges by speaking with my credit card company. I provided them with proof. I suggest calling your cc company.

I suggest if you have had a bad experience with this company please write it here. So other hard working people who are starting out and truly is giving it their best to clients and other people wont lose their money by their unethical practices.

There should be governing bodies that look over marketing sector especially if they are operating in USA.
