I recently bought a gift card and didn’t receive it because there was an error. I am still waiting and have yet to get the immediate refund that they stated they would give. Very disappointed and you should avoid this website

My hacked credit card was used to purchase several gift cards from giftcards.com. While this is not their fault, they do not have any sort of dispute method available via telephone support. This is definitely their choice.

Yes they tried to contact me but they’ve wasted enough of my time as is. There’s nothing to talk to you about. Your Visa cards and off brand BS that you can only use at some stores. Your fraudulent response to my review shows me that you had no interest in actually resolving the issue at hand considering I went back and forth with you on chat for as long as I did. Don’t try and make your company look better with replying to customers like this. Your company has the worst customer service for live chat agents. Fire them all and try hiring new people that know how to do their job.
