I did not order gift cards. My account was charged $800 due to being hacked. I contacted Giftcards.com and no response. I have received 40 emails about these gift cards with no response from the company as to who ordered them and how to cancel all these emails.

Received an email promoting 10-15% select cards, bought 1, then tried for a different card, got an error message. Spoke to customer service, she said she fixed it, but still didn't work. As requested by service agent, logged out and tried again, no luck, then as advised, wiped history and cookies, rebooted, tried again, still no luck. She insisted I complete transaction and it would automatically credit the code, didn't work. My credit card charged full amount. She said someone would email with either the 15% credited or canceled order. When I read very fine print, found the promotion was 2 weeks long and I received mail on last day. It said limited quantities so it was simply sold out, and the service person didn't know that, and couldn't find anyone who knew that. So, frustration all around.
UPDATE: I received a 'closed' case email from Giftcards.com telling me "We understand your concern about the promo code. According to the terms of the promotion, the code “SCHOOLSPORT” is a one-time use code and cannot be combined with other offers. Our records show that reward points were applied to invoice 12514755, which prevented the promo code from being used in this instance." I received a 48 cents discount that was automatically applied by Giftcards.com that I didn't even know about until it appeared on the invoice, and now they are saying that's the reason the discount wasn't applied. That's a huge lie because the discount wasn't applied before the invoice was created, because they said the code had been used too many times, but their agent told me to proceed and it would be applied at the end, which of course it wasn't.

I needed this quickly and it stated it would be emailed within 15 minutes. It took between a hour and a hour in a half to receive, After I reached out to customer support a few times.

Recipient didn't receive gift card until about 30 minutes after I purchased it. And it seems that this issue is very common, but when he went to redeem it, the system didn't recognize his email and there's a link right under that box for people who are having issues with redeeming their gift card(s)
