"Love the company"
Love the company, and tried this personally before I started using for my department's years of service recognition. I did learn though, that I have to put who it is going to somewhere so that the page that states who it is for, how much and from whom doesn't have my name on it. But other than that little glitch, it was great. I also learned that it truly takes a week to get to Syracuse NY from California. Love it though.

"This COMPANY is a SCAM!!!"
I purchased a card and the card declined 12 days ago and I still have not received the funds back on my Visa card to use. This place is a scam!! And the number you call the rep have no knowledge of what you are talking about. I was given multiple number from reps to call regarding my issues and NONE OF THE REPS knew how to assist with my issue, I would not recommend or ever be using this service EVER AGAIN! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! I purchase my card on August 3 and used it for the first time on an online website on August 6. The order did not go through and they are still holding my funds as if I purchased/used the money. RUN!!! Please use another gift card provider.

I have got a gift card from someone. However I am not able to access the website to redeem the gift card. It gives the following error :-

"Scam – I have no money on a card that was gifted to me"
I was gifted a card from a relative, and it was declined when I tried to use it. Turns out that only 1/5 of the funds that were given to me are on the card. So my relative paid for a gift, and this company has profited off of the funds rather than the recipient. So disappointed!

"Still have not received the gift card"
Still have not received the gift card.
It has now been two days and I still have not received any communication or my gift card. I am concerned that I just wasted $99. This was for my son’s birthday, and I requested it to be sent through email the same day. There is no way I can talk to someone on the phone. This is so frustrating!
