Failed freezer door on new appliance under guarantee.
Applied for claim against guarantee supported by photos and input from supplier/installers Engineers.
Appauling service with the most inane reasons for not honouring their guarantee. I am sure no one technical looked at it, just some clueless low grade box tickers.
Both the quality of the item and the Teknix customer support personel is of a very low grade and should be avoided at all costs.

"Month old dishwasher never worked"
Purchased replacement dishwasher November 23, to replace a 20 year old same make Teknix, however, only use it once a week, after trying all the different programs as it was not drying or heating water, decided to call the repair line, bear in mind this is a month old and used four times none of which did a particularly good wash and never dried, took over a week and several calls to find out they are waiting for parts, also it’s three days to Christmas and expecting 10 family members for Christmas dinner, still, I called the warrant line to be told they now have the parts and will be courier in 24 hrs, today Thursday 21st, not holding my breath for a pre Christmas fix, point is the dishwasher has not worked properly since receiving, no interest from the manufacturer about replacing as a gesture of good will, what happened to quality control and testing of major appliances on the production line, funny feeling this washer won’t last 20 years like the last one,

I bought a double oven Teknix cooker, from a Ebay business called Gilliani 75, who is ran by
discount appliances warehouse ltd, i have tried contacting them many of times but no replies.
I thought i Contacted Teknix, but the service people only work on there behalf. they phoned today to ask if any Engineers have been in contact. then phoned back later to say bad news the warranty isn't covered for the left oven blowing main consumer unit. the right oven just burns everything you put in it, the door lets out smoke and the top burner only works now and then. the service people told me to take it up with Ebay.
I dont know why you can only go as low as one star.
I feel very let down. I will be cooking our xmas dinner in the air fryer but no turkey. What a terrible two year warranty.

Rang up because I had a fault with my cooker. The phone experience was friendly and polite and they listened to me. The engineer came out quick and fixed my problem :) I'm one happy customer.

My fridge started getting too cold and freezing things.
So I phoned my warranty number and a spoke to a nice man who arranged an engineer to come out at the start of next week.
He was very fast and already had a part with him and fixed it straight away and its been perfect since. I was really happy as I love my fridge because it is so big, and fits my kitchen really well.

I called this company to fix my cooker that had broke once I had spoke them they arranged a time to come fix the issue. They turned up on time an fixed the issue worked clean an were polite I couldn't ask for anymore

Purchased a Teknix dishwasher in the summer following old Beko one getting damaged during a house move. At the time there were no reviews so purchased on a hunch as wife stated it looked nice! Absolute rubbish! Fails in every aspect,after only a couple of months.. from build quality to convenience of use. The dishwasher capsules are always found half melted on the floor of dishwasher meaning that the cycle hasn't worked and on the odd occasion it does work the pots are often uncleaned. The racks are flimsy and do not load properly. The standard cycle is over 3hrs. Completely regret the purchase and looking at other reviews I do not feel confident in dealing with Teknix customer services. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID

"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS"
Totally disgusted with this company. Fridge/freezer bought April this year 2023 already broke. Engineer came out as it was under warranty said he would try to replace a few parts and be back later in week once parts were ordered…. That was 3 weeks ago. I have rung everyday asked to escalate to managers just get the same thing parts on order. When I asked for a head office they couldn’t give me an address ..girl said she didn’t know it and she had other customers to deal with. Total bad manners and a total shoddy company . I see from other review others having the same problems. AVOID PRODUCT AND COMPANY AT ALL COST
