James went out of his way to sort out replacements and delivery which made the process easy for me.

Classic schoolboy error. I didn't fully read the instructions. Thank you Teknix, for your swift reply to my original review below and sorting the issue.
We've had this dishwasher for 2 months and have just realised why the cleaning ability is poor.
Standard size dinner plates are too big and stop the spray bar from rotating resulting in very poor cleaning.

I spent ages on line trying to find the correct spare parts for our fridge freezer with no success.
Then I found the link to customer services & messaged them with the spare parts I required.
James emailed me back with details of exactly what I wanted and options for posting or collecting. We collected the parts the same day and James could not have been more helpful.
