Customer services are not that great, oven in a tenanted property for over a month not being repaired, they are awaiting the parts........ HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE. Its a warranty repair!

Do not use this company for your appliances.
We had two fridge freezers from them and they both broke with the same issue within a couple months.
The internal doors have really thin plastic holders for the trays. These fall to bits resulting in the trays falling out and breaking on the floor.
After sales service is a joke. We waited months for someone to come out and replace but they only brought the doors with them, not the trays.
So we have new doors but no trays and have been waiting a year for the trays.
We are renting so have no choice over the the make of the fridges but after a year we have decided to move out so the landlord will now end up losing rent.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS CHEAP AND THE AFTER SALES IS HORRENDOUS

After trawling through online trying to fund the correct spare shelf for my fridge freezer I contacted James through Texnik customer support and he was brilliant. He was able to post out the part within days.
He always replied to my emails promptly & was helpful & courteous.
He ordered one for me & all had to do was phone up & pay on card & part was delivered day after.
Really good company to deal with & useful to know.
Will definitely recommend & use again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I emailed the company requesting a spare part. I was contacted almost immediately and James made the whole process nice and easy. The part was delivered to my door in super quick time too.

Purchased a Teknix single built in oven via Amazon which arrived exactly on time and good updates from the delivery company as to ETA.
I approached Teknix directly to purchase an additional oven shelf. James responded very promptly and the item was packaged and ready to be despatched the following morning. I would certainly recommend to others. Well done Teknix!

I bought a freezer from teknix it’s 11 months old, stopped working. I had to freezer filled with food which I’ve had to throw everything away, which cost me over £500. It needs a new circuit board. I keep chasing them up. They keep telling me they’ll get back to me still waiting. not good enough .I’m very unhappy. I don’t think I’ll be recommending it to anybody. It cost me what I paid for the freezer plus £500 for food, still not had it repaired, what the hell is going on? I wish I’d never bothered with this Teknix. To me, it’s rubbish. what with the cost of the freezer and the food it’s cost me £1000 and I’ve still got the freezer which is not working. I think this company should give me a new freezer, I don’t know whether I’ll ever trust it again. I can’t keep affording to fill up the freezer and have it all go off an again. I think they should replace the freezer with a new one. they keep telling me they’re gonna repair it and I’m still waiting. Not good enough very poor..

Looking for a spare part for my Teknix freezer and have to say their customer service has been brilliant and helpful, James from customer service is a star and a credit to Teknix. Nothing is too much trouble for him and hopefully he gets the recognition he deserves.

"Excellent service with a personal touch"
New oven installed in rental property only has one shelf supplied. Contacted the company direct to see if they supply spares (and a handle for the grill pan).
They replied immediately and as an employee lives locally offered to drop it off rather than me going to pay and collect! That’s definitely going the extra mile.

"Don’t bother with this brand…"
Freezer has failed and Fridge is bearly working…it’s only 9 months old. Been waiting for a part for 4 weeks now. Engineer was booked for Monday and he called in sick, so they came out today and was told the appliance should have been switched off prior to visit…no one advised this. Now taking a 4th day off work for the engineer to attempt to fix it.
This brand wasn’t my preference but the kitchen company I chose installed it…I wouldn’t pick them ever again based on this experience.
They don’t care all the foods gone in the bin.
Can’t speak to a manager, they wouldn’t transfer me and no one replies to emails. Also won’t tell me their compliant process.
Also to add engineer out today broke a bit off the appliance!!!

Tecnix use a third party for their warranty problems,Warranty solutions,after 6 weeks trying to resolve our defective gas oven the problem was taken up by Appliance World.They we’re more efficient, thankfully .The problems were soon cured!
