"Poor service and non customer care"
We had our tumble dryer fixed and they didn't fit the part correctly so broke again not long after. On calling them put again we have been waiting for nearly 4 weeks for a part and still waiting for the part and then have to wait for an engineer to come. The customer serviced ( if that's what you want to call them) are a joke no care no patience and no outcome given do not offer warranty if you can't help

"Teknix fridge shoddy quality fittings, zero support, zero availability of spare parts"
Fridge glass shelf plastic supports snapped under normal use only 1 year old but these are NOT COVERED under the 2 year Parts and Labour warranty. Door bottle-holder shelf also broken and hanging off. There is zero product support, form filled in on website ignored as is email. Literally nobody supplies spare parts so if anything like this breaks (it will) that's it, bodge it or scrap the fridge. Which in itself is actually not a bad little fridge.

"Disgusted with them"
Our dishwasher broke whilst still under warranty last November. Since then we have had a tradesman out three times and still it’s not fixed (infact worse than when we first called)…
Still I call every week (now every day and nothing gets resolved not even an apology… when I ask for higher management contacts I get palmed off… electric logistics who do the work have told them it’s beyond repair but here I am going round in circles… DISGUSTING DISGRACEFUL SERVICE everyone should avoid them with a barge pole….nearly ten months into the case now and so annoyed…
I will write another review as soon as it’s resolved or this abomination of a situation continues into August

"tkrc100 bought this 4 years ago"
tkrc100 bought this 4 years ago, love the look, cooks nicely when working, within the first 12 months needed new fan oven element now need both fan oven element and top element for static oven, nightmare to get the top element spare part. Been searching forever. Spoke to Teknix they gave a website who supposedly supply their parts but out off stock, would I buy another? Probably not

"Absolute load of rubbish"
Absolute load of rubbish. Needed 3 new parts with seperate engineer visits in the first new months. Oven temperature completely uncontrollable, burns everything. Honestly if I could afford it this would be on the tip. Never ever get this make again

"This is the worse brand/company ever"
This is the worse brand/company ever. New cooker not even 2 years old still in warranty. Already broke down 4 times. Tripping the switches. Not able to cook or use oven as it will immediately trip the switch. 4x the same issue and company refusing replace it. Forcing engineers to change parts every 4 months so far. Ridiculous customer service. Faulty appliance and still they won’t replace. Never ever purchase this brand again !

"The product is no good"
The product is no good. The filter is difficult to clean and is in an awkward position at the back of the drum. Getting spares is difficult I spent a long time trying to get an answer from Technical support. Even though the dryer was meant to be under a 2 year guarantee they said the filter was not part of the guarantee and you had to order it from Partsplace who do not have it in stock. I regret buying this product and am seeking to replace it after a few months

"A great addition to your kitchen..... the Teknix CH7W Chest Freezer"
We bought a Teknix CH7W Chest Freezer a year ago. It is a little bigger than your washing machine. A good size for the average home ( height 85 cms, width 94.5 cms and depth 53 cms ) It has been in our spare room, has recently been moved to our kitchen and will eventually be put into our garage. It has an energy rating of A+, to help save on electricity bills. It also comes with a two year labour and parts warranty. It has a capacity of 198 litres. We paid £200 for it. It is not frost free but comes with a plastic spatula, for you to do it yourself.
We bought this at the beginning of lockdown. When we went to our local store, there was a queue of people waiting to buy an extra freezer. We all had the same idea. Worried about not having enough food during lockdown, to feed our families. After lockdown started, I was shocked to see only 3 small chickens left on the fresh meat shelves at the local supermarket. The shelves had been stripped within 24-72 hrs.
This JIT ( just in time ) system of delivery to the general public, is all very well and good when times are normal. With various countries carrying unprecedented levels of financial debt now, the resulting financial crash is coming and normal will be a thing of the past. It will have the ability to seriously disrupt our JIT system. Cash flow problems will be common. When invoices and staff are not paid, then goods( food, water, medication etc ) do not make it to the stores. The general public will be the ones to suffer. When I was a kid supermarkets had warehouses attached to them. They were able to support the community with the essentials for a month or four, should there be a disruption in the supply chain. Not anymore. The last two or three generations, really do not know what it is like to go hungry in this country. Those parents have not experienced the terrible situation of not being able to feed their children properly. Having extra capacity is a MUST for everyone. Whether it be an extra freezer or extra cupboards/boxes of tinned, jars and dried food. I recommend both. This chest freezer is an excellent addition for your emergency stockpile of provisions.
