The process was simple and as pain free as can be. My pick up driver was absolutely amazing! Helpful and careful with my goods. The paperwork was actually really simple to fill in and submit. The communication was efficient and fast with minimal stress. Within a week, my goods have been put in a container and are ready to be sent to our destination. The price was amazing fir the amount of packages I sent and they were very transparent with costings and time-frame. Insurance options are great and varied giving options for everyone. Very happy overall with my dealings with Seven Seas Worldwide! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

"Terrible communication and no updates"

I sent my things with Seven Seas from Thailand on December 6 2024, it is now February 20, I have not had an update on the tracker since my move cube was apparently shipped from Thailand on the 10th of January. In order to get a further update I had to email contact the company and I have had to email them again today.

To my knowledge the shipment still hasn't made it to Australia, its final destination and Seven Seas has 20 days within which the shipment needs to arrive at my house or else it won't be within the quoted time frame. I truly wanted so badly for this to be a good company as I do move quite a bit and it would be helpful to have a go to moving company, and I thought their prices were reasonable, however, given the amount of stress this whole debacle has caused mainly through lack of communication, I don't really see myself using their services again in the future.

Packing boxes provided were strong, sturdy and reliable. Always received helpful and friendly service from New Zealand and South Africa, no matter what time zone. Paperwork was a breeze to fill out and I was always updated on my shipment.

The communication was excellent and the boxes they provided ( with other items such as tape and documentation ) was a great. The collection agent was friendly and helpful. The process went smoothly. Only area that I feel needs improvement is the online booking platform which took several calls to very helpfull staff to correctly complete. So far my items have not left orgin since Dec 2024, however I am very happy with the company's service and staff A+
