Beautiful wallpaper easy to hang however a lot of waste with the patern repeat - so buy extra couple of rolls!

"Flaw in paper, no response "

Bought some lovely wallpaper unfortunately once up and dry you could see a flaw though one of the rolls. I did message the company but no response. I know have the additional cost of paying for more paper and another decorator to fit so has worked out very expensive.

I joined the company today, looking for teal wallpaper. I did have a few issues trying to create the account, so I phoned Customer Services. I would have to say, one of the best Customer Services departments I have spoken to in a looonnnnggg time :) The phone was answered promptly each time and my queries were answered quickly and completely, so order now placed and confirmed and I can't wait to get started. My only issue was that I tried to order one type of wallpaper and apparently it was out of stock, but there's nothing on the Website to show this, so I had to phone the customer services to find out why my order wasn't going through. Maybe it would be an idea to put up on the site how many rolls are left in stock so that customers can see at a glance where they stand and to make further choices if necessary. Thank you again for your help :)
