Ordered 4x rolls of wallpaper 20 days ago.
No wallpaper received. No update from them. I sent email with request to refund money. No refund - no reply too.
SCAMMERS give my money back!

"Poor Company who do not fulfill orders"

I placed an order for 8 rolls of wallpaper on 17/11. All seemed good it was in stock and they took payment. Two days later they emailed to say there was only 2 rolls in stock and did I want a refund or hold on until it was back in stock. They could not give me a date it would be back in stock and no explanation. Tried to contact customer services only to receive an automated message stating they were working remotely and to email. I had already sent 2 emails !! Absolutely no customer service, poor company, would never order from them again.

I placed an order for some rolls of the Honeycomb Bee wallpaper in pink. When it arrived, it had never seen pink, it was dull beige/peach colour and the description is so utterly wrong to describe it as this. Apart from being disappointed and having to start a whole search again for suitable paper, I'd paid £6.95 for next day day delivery and despite the paper not matching the description, had to pay over £8 to return it. I emailed the company to express my disappointment - honestly the paper is so far away from pink - and their response was 'we'll process a refund when we receive them back' but they refused to acknowledge the colour issues. The customer service is absolutely non-existent.

The refund was processed quickly, but not for the delivery costs which I think is the least that could be expected when they are selling products with a false description. They absolutely couldn't care less - I would never use nor recommend to anyone.
