There was no stress or rush, and the process for check-in and check-out was very easy. I had no bad surprises, so it was a very nice experience globally.
By the way, the car was new and very comfortable.

Great experience. We got a bigger car than I'd booked, staff explained everything clearly in English, and they quickly verified car was in good condition on return. I'd organised excess cover separately (when we made the booking though VIPCars) and although they tried to sell us their own protection they politely accepted our choice, no pressure. Just read everything twice, be prepared with a credit card for deposit and you should be fine!

Sve je kod njih uredu, i dočekao me novi, luksuzni auto. Ali valjda moja greška što nisam ponjela kreditnu karticu i zato morala platiti cjelo osiguranje pa mi najam ispao 4duplo veći. Po što sam 1 put s rent a carom nisam znala da moram i tu karticu imati kao garant. Neželim vjerovati da oni tako tjeraju ljude da plate veći najam. Valjda taj uvjet pisao negdje u vaučeru, ja nisam proćitala.

Door vertraging van vliegtuig buiten mijn schuld moest ik 50 euro extra betalen. Door storing in de auto, moet ik wel 1 uur wachten, voordat de monteur de storing had verholpen en ik de auto kon meenemen. Dat moet ik maar accepteren ?

Very poor. CAr was much smaller than the one I booked. Actual bald tyres.
I asked for a different car due to the safety concerns I has with the bald tyres to be told "take it or leave it, there are no others available, people here drive worse"
