We should wait 1 hour the car delivery, becouse we had expected the flight and airport procedures to take longer time. The answer was, that the car was not ready.
If, true, OK, but be carefull, that the workers don´t use that explanation among their own comfortability.

We received a tired, dirty and battered car that we had to thoroughly check on collection, as it had numerous scratches and dents. Upon return the operator then had the gall to try and claim that one of these scratches were new and we were liable for damages. We argued the point and they backed down but this is clearly a scam they do with their old cars. Who wants to do this when you need to get your flight!! So I would just not use them again.

worst experience with car rental I've ever had. they charge a very high deposit of over 1000 euros, while in other rental companies it costs around 350 euros. of course there was no information about it before. despite buying full insurance they demand a deposit, informing that the insurance I bought "is not from them". so I had to buy a second one "from them". additional around 350 euros. they charge twice for collecting the car after working hours. the fee was charged when booking, but it was not specified on the bill so they added it again on the spot. I wanted a bigger car, when I checked VW T-Cross I got Opel Mokka 🤦‍♀️ they claim it's the same class of car. big joke! terrible service, very unpleasant. they couldn't check the fuel level properly at the end. I will not use their services again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Really good experience throughout. Fast and efficient at pick up, and helpful and accommodating at drop off.
Had damage caused to the hire car whilst ina car park. Staff were really helpful in what documents I would need to claim off my own excess insurance, they went above and beyond.
Used numerous car hire companies at Pula airport, some good, some bad. These put themselves above the rest with their care when something was wrong.
