"Terrible, paid in full, banked my money and cancelled my car hire when I arrived to collect"

Do not use this company if you actually want to drive away in a car. I booked and paid a month in advance for 5 days car hire, I booked from 9am and was delayed on the run way, I went to collect my car at 10.00am and they cancelled because I was an hour late. I have not received a refund and I can't get hold of anyone to discuss it. The company are getting double money for one car and as a customer I paid double. I would give a zero if I could.

Da unser Flugzeug 2 Stunden Verspätung hatte und wir nicht Bescheid geben konnten aufgrund bereits eingeschalteten Flugmodus (1 Stunde im Flugzeug gesessen ohne Abflug), konnten wir das gebuchte Fahrzeug nicht mehr bekommen. Dafür erhielten wir dann ein anderes, teuereres 8€ pro Tag für 16 Tage Mehrbetrag!!!

Front desk helper was very friendly and helpful, as well as patient in explaining everything.
Car rental was initially cheap, however became very expensive with a bunch of additional hidden charges that were piled on which left a sour taste in my mouth as far as trusting this car rental goes when it comes to getting value for money.
