Junges Team vor Ort. Auto war erst 2 Monate alt. Hat alles gepasst. Wir hatten vor ort keine extra Versicherung abgeschlossen. Nur die Kaution von 1100 ⏠ist Standard falls an dem Wagen was dran gewesen wĂ€re, war aber Nix deswegen wurde die Kaution auch nicht belastet und wir waren zufrieden.đ

Funkade bra vid hÀmtning av bilen men genomgÄngen av villkoren gick vÀldigt fort,bestÀllt en bil men fick en som jag tyckte var mindre.Fanns inte utrymme för att diskutera detta?!Blev försenad pga av instÀlld fÀrja frÄn Vis ,men fick betala en avgift fast bilen omöjligt kunde hyras ut den korta tiden det handlade om.

Booked a Peugeot 3008 SUV was given a 408 estate when queried said was same group, I booked a SUV as my husband has a bad back and struggled with the 408 so not the best experience the car was new lovely and clean and drove well but unfortunately not the type we booked

Next time upon making a reservation I will send them an email, ask them if they will be able to provide me with following acceptable cars (name the cars) as otherwise if they cannot guarantee one of those, I am not booking with them.
I dont want âfree upgradesâ for bigger cars that I dont want.
I will also take a picture of gas indicator as I returned the car exactly at the same spot on the indicator as they gave it to me, but they said it wasnât full so they charged me âŹ46 as penalty as 2-3 L of gas were missing to full (same as when I picked up). This is equal to max âŹ5 of the gas that I did not get, but they increase their revenue this way by not being transparent.
I will never book another rental with AVIA as the competition is very high and they donât deserve my business for treating me the way they did.
Their motto is âwe can do it and there is nothing you can do about itâ

At the front desk our help was good. But customer that was being dealt with buy your employee seemed quite aggressive. It should have been done in a friendlier manner.

The personnel Avia at the Split airport found my husbandâs iPhone which we had assumed to be lost while in Zrnovo. We were able to go pick it up and the Avia staff had it fully charged. Thanks
