"It was a great experience"
It was a great experience. Firstly, it was good value for money. Secondly, we got a category upgrade without cost. The car was amazing and full equipped. We have a little stress on the check in with the attendance staff asking for security code of the credit card, but nothing that disrupted the full experience.

"Check your rented car before taking off !"
Dislike: Car tires were completely worn out, that's why we had during our trip 2 flat tires. Also NO navigation. The car itself was also FULL of dents. We had to take at least 10 pictures to show the dents before we drove away from Dubrovnic to Montenegro, so that we could prove that we had not caused this dents. We ordered a VW T-Roc, with navigation, we got a Citroen C4, with NO navigation, car was also smaller than a T-Roc, especially for our bagage. We had to put some of bagage on the passenger seat every day. Airconditioning didn't always work fine, sometimes no airco at all, only hot air... LIKE: very friendly staff before AND after. And because of the (very) bad condition of the tires, the staff member told me that he was going to take care that we were NOT charged for the extra costs, because he agreed that all the tires should have been replaced, before we took off from Dubrovnic. For which we were very gratefull !

"BE CAREFUL"
BE CAREFUL! I booked the car on Discover cars, and bought the full coverage there (100 euro), when we picked the car up in split, the lady at the desk talked really fast about the contract, and offered several other "deals" for insurance coverage, trying to make me pay 350 euro extra for another insurance which I was not going to get back. They also try and make you buy a prepaid gas tank, so that you pay for a full tank in advance, and therefore you do not need to fill ut up before delivery. HOWEVER, then you must deliver it completely empty if you want to get value of that... Another trick they try...
At delivery I met another man, when he was inspecting the car he accused me of scratching the whole side of the car. These "damages" were not documented by the other employee in advance, and the pictures I had taken were not clear enough. I was really lucky that another employee came to look at it, and said that those were scratches of bushes, and they can be polished away with a simple cloth, and that these scratches are not visible when the car is clean. I almost lost my deposit because of that (1000 euro!). SO TAKE GOOD PICTURES WHEN PICKING UP THE CAR!
The car in itself was good, but the experiences at pickup and delivery are the reason for the bad review.

"Tromperies sur le prix réel"
Petit véhicule réservé 1 mois à l'avance pour 10 jours pour 190,85 € dont 22,10 € payé à l'avance.
Tromperie 1: Pas de petit véhicule dispo -> la caution passe de 900 à 1100 €
Tromperie 2: Bien que les conditions à la réservation indiquaient clairement "It is allowed to travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina and EU Countries.", facturation de 125 € pour "Travelling to NON EU countries cross border fee - 125.00 EUR per rental." Soit une augmentation du prix de 66%!! Passer une frontière doit fortement augmenter l'usure du véhicule !!!???
Tromperie 3: +58 € si vous avez l'intention de prendre un ferry. Prendre un ferry doit aussi fortement augmenter l'usure du véhicule !!!???
Si vous portez des lunettes: + x €, si vous êtes né un vendredi 13: + x €, si ... ,si ... ;-)
Bref, attendez vous à doubler le prix convenu

"Absolut nicht zu empfehlen"
Unser Fahrer hatte keine Kreditkarte dabei. Vorort wurde darauf verwiesen, dass für das Reservieren der Kaution jedoch nur eine Karte akzeptiert würde, die exakt auf den Namen des Fahrers ausgestellt ist.
Rein rechtlich gesehen war dies bis hierhin unser Versäumnis, da dies auch so in der Buchung benannt wurde.
Allerdings hat sich im Weiteren gezeigt, dass der Anbieter genau auf so etwas hofft. So wurden uns alle Optionen bis auf eine verwehrt, um das Problem zu lösen:
- Ein Umschreiben des Hauptfahrers ist nicht spontan möglich und muss 24 Stunden vorher geschehen
- Kein einziges sonstiges Zahlungsmittel wird akzeptiert oder käme in Frage
Lediglich das Buchen der Vollkasko-Versicherung wurde als Option angeboten. Diese sollte 280 Euro kosten (die ursprüngliche Buchung für das Auto kostete 161 Euro...). Da wir vom Fahrzeug abhängig waren, waren wir gezwungen, die Versicherung zu erwerben.
Fun fact: Für das Bezahlen der 280 Euro war jedes Zahlungsmittel in Ordnung, selbst Barzahlung :-)

It was a very nice firts experience of ranting a car (Zadar airport)
God English , clean car, I got another car that the one i have booked, nicer and it was almost new (7000 km on board).
I've the deposit back in 6 working days.
