En mi caso la eficiencia fue máxima, y comparado con otras agencias, el empeño que pusieron para conseguir la venta de mi casa, los honorarios me parecieron muy adecuados.

Wir suchen aktuell in mehreren Orten um und in einer Großstadt eine Immobilie. Für eine E&V inserierte Immobilie haben wir angefragt und da diese nicht mehr verfügbar war, hatten wir zugestimmt, dass unser Profil und die Wünsche, die wir per Mail gesendet hatten, an die anderen Suchorte weitergegeben werden. Nun meldet sich täglich ein separater Berater.
Wir dachten, wir bekommen einen Ansprechpartner und der zeigt uns Exposés und dann, bei Interesse, die Immobilie.
Jedesmal muss ich die Wunschliste neu runterbeten. Dann kommen immobilien, die teilweise nicht im Ansatz den Wünschen entsprechen und zudem weit über unserem Limit liegen.
Es ist nur noch nervig.
Inzwischen sind wir zu der Feststellung gekommen, dass es egal ist welches Maklerunternehmen es ist, diese ihr Geld nicht wert sind. Nur Ärger...

Welchen Teil von "Bitte keine Werbung" an meinem Briefkasten verstehen sie nicht?? Sehr unseriöse Firma mit Deutscher Herkunft. Würde niemals einer solchen Fake Firma meine Immobilie anvertrauen.
