"Negotiations Bottom Fell Out"

Hello, we hired your company to do our listing. I believe our agent presented herself in a professional manner. We lost the sale of our home, because both the buyer's agent and seller's agent lacked any experience in intense negotiations. I had to constantly remind my agent to send me contract papers. One thing else for all agents entering the market. Texting is fine, but when it comes to any home, please remember to call first and explain offers in detail and then text the message for the buyers or sellers records. Next time I want an agent that knows all about tough negotiations and knows how to close the deal. I am looking for someone who has fire in their belly to please me and work hard for me and to close the deal.
