Reservation system is horrible. We booked months in advance, booked flights to and from our location only to find out that they lost the reservation.
The "fix" was a unit 120 miles away, and some free mileage to cover the drive.
I asked to escalate and was told that the "management " had made this offer and it was all that was available. Keir was difficult and quite condescending. He told me he had no direct manager that I could speak with. Really poor customer service!
I won't be back!
