Great customer service. Friendly service and understanding of my needs and concerns.

Reservation system is horrible. We booked months in advance, booked flights to and from our location only to find out that they lost the reservation.
The "fix" was a unit 120 miles away, and some free mileage to cover the drive.
I asked to escalate and was told that the "management " had made this offer and it was all that was available. Keir was difficult and quite condescending. He told me he had no direct manager that I could speak with. Really poor customer service!
I won't be back!

Was given a coupon by corporate and then told by location they don’t accept them. I called to figure this all out and it took over a week for them to fix in. Frustrating!
