The RV broke down. There was something seriously wrong with it causing entire vehicle to lurch. I had to grip the steering wheel for my life. We were stranded at a rest area off the highway. Received very little support from their customer relations people. They will not even provide you a phone number. Being stranded and not making it to our final destination caused us significant financial loss. And great stress. It was an awful experience.
