Heath Lowrey, was great to work with. Heath was able to change my reservation for an early date and time. That was very nice, since our plans changed and they were able to accommodate us. We greatly appreciate it very much. The team at Cruise America went above and beyond to help us out.

This is the worst company -they don't maintain their RV's and if you are stuck on the side of the road as we were THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK. They promise to reimburse you and then try to pass that off in the form of a coupon to rent from them again. I looked at the BBB and this is pattern for them. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually cares about their customers. This is not that company.

Pros
The van was a nice size and easy to drive.

Cons
Don't bother dumping, we did and was charged for dumping by CA any way - rip off.
Don't bother with the bedding and towel kit, it's completely inadequate and we had to buy out own anyway.
There was no plug for the sink so the water filled up quickly.
It's pretty expensive
The fire alarm goes off every time you cook.
Not much info about dumping stations etc, we were out of season and dumping was a nightmare.
Bed was not comfortable due to sticky/ plastic mattress and we were given a flat sheet that just slid off.
Not given a full tank of petrol, so filling up at the end was a bit of a faff.
