Bad experience with the location. They at first seemed nice by offering to find a driver for me but the driver immediately tried to steal business from them by telling me that I should go in his truck? And pull my car? What? He then said that the sister of the owner, Julie was sucking helium and he didn't like talking to her. I didn't know exactly what that meant. Then when I was trying to get everything organized, he said not to get discombobulated, dialed down the temperature and take a few deep breaths. I don't let people in business or personal speak to me that way. Total sexist and unprofessional
Location was straight up abusive to me and on a recorded call. Literally left a voicemail stating that the RV was going to be frozen and flooded simply because I asked them to go in 3 hours before I got the rental and appreciate it if they would wear a mask due to sensitivity and it being flu season and all the viruses out there and being in a confined space. Instead of going in hours before and wearing a mask, they refuse to go in at all and service the vehicle and cancel the reservation on me when my driver bailed when he heard that the RV might be flooded. I don't think there is a worse company out there in the United States. Please, I've given you 5% of how bad they are, stay away. I'm in the middle of a move with nowhere to go, with three four children, no driver, in the cold winter. And they just completely cut me off because I spoke up about their abuse. It's all right, I'm going to the attorney general's office on Monday about this.
At the end, if somebody's asking for a medical consideration, you never know, they may have a disability, they may have other issues and this is flu and cold season and COVID is still out there. People rent RVs because they want to be safe and they made me feel anything but safe and actually rendered me homeless.

All the detail I needed was provided and the booking experience was easy. I later had to cancel my trip and there was no delay in processing my refund. I will use again at another time.

When we picked it up it was so dirty and the fridge did not work. Had to throw groceries out. Very very frustrating! 4 days with kids.

We were a bit challenged due to low water on the Mississippi and inability to dock as regular. Two out of four of our group were either with walkers or electric scooters. The information on the outings for which device to take with us that day was under par. I would personally have liked to have had more map and info material of our self guided day trips! Including bus pickup time/exact location. I liked that the excursions were planned so you could do one in the morning and one in the afternoon or combined them both on a day trip. That part was planned nicely.

I had a not-easy reservation and then a cancellation call with two different people and both times they made the experience pleasurable. I have no doubt I will be calling them again!
