Cruse America the company was great. Our only complaint was with the cruise America provider. It was a popular weekend for them and they were busy. One woman running the entire place. Our water tank was not full at risk of pick up like it was suppose to be. We were also not told about the parking l leaving a vehicle fee I till we arrived. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time. When we dropped off the rv on Monday( location is only open for cruse America drop off/ pick up) we were fortunate to run into a worker. Our car was blocked in by 2 rows of already returned rv’s. This was where we were told to park. We will for sure rent for cruse America and the rv dealer again. Just providing improvement feedback.

Our auxiliary battery wouldn't keep a charge, so we didn't have a refrigerator or adequate lighting for over half the trip.

We were told to go get a new battery from an autoparts store which meant we had to drive the camper there to get it. Turns out it wasn't the battery that was bad it was some control panel or other and the battery we had was brand new.

Then we were charged for the extra gas at $8 a gallon and we were charged to refill the propane tank.

We were only reimbursed $200 for our poor experience which was not even 1 whole night's rent.
