"Return of helmet"

I am disappointed that the return policy on a helmet that has hit the ground no longer can be sent back for a discount on a new helmet but I was very pleased with the way they handled my return on a helmet that was bought before 2021. The process was easy and the response was very fast.

I’m not sure if it’s Trauma Void or back on track but I’m not getting any assistance with the return of the first helmet so I’m afraid to return the SECOND helmet that doesn’t fit (even upon multiple measurements.) VERY disappointed in the whole process and won’t recommend either company to anyone I know.

I wanted to upgrade my helmet and, based on comments and feedback from people I know, I bought a Trauma Void EQ3 micro fiber helmet. First, it's very attractive. This will be a great helmet to show in. Also, I rode in it for the first time a few nights ago and HOLY COW it is so comfortable. Light and well constructed. I am very happy with my purchase.
