I have had two falls while wearing a Trauma Void helmet, both resulted in hitting my head quite soundly. In both cases I was absolutely fine - no headache, and thankfully, no concussion. I am now a huge proponent of the MIPS technology. And, the new dark blue microfiber helmet with the two subtle sparkly lines is really beautiful. I get compliments on it all the time. Plus, recently, I received half off my new helmet after sending in my old one. Love this helmet and recommend to all my students and friends.

Traumavoid customer service is excellent and they are very dedicated to getting you the right helmet and making sure you are happy! I do not have any tack stores near where I live and unfortunately had to go through the process of trying out new helmets via the mail. I first tried the Traumavoid Lynx and it did not fit well because apparently I have an oval shaped head. I emailed customer service, they called me, and we had a very helpful phone conversation where it was explained to me that I would probably do better with the EQ3 because that one comes with two liners, one of which is designed for oval foreheads. I returned the Lynx and got the EQ3 in what I thought would be my size. That one did not fit either but now just because it was tight! I had another really nice talk with Trish in customer service and decided to try again with the EQ3 one size bigger. She even asked me to call back after I got it to make sure it worked. The third helmet I tried did fit, I called back, and once more had a really nice discussion making sure that everything was just right. Now I know that all of this could have been avoided if I lived near a tack shop where I could try things on but I don't. My point is that I am so, very impressed by all of the customer service contact and follow up I had throughout the process of trying to find the correct helmet. Trish definitely represented Traumavoid as a very knowledgeable company that cares about their customers. I highly recommend the company and am excited to use my new helmet (which seems very high quality).

My trauma void helmet saved my life after a fall, and the MIPS avoided a concussion. I needed to replace the helmet after the fall, and the Trauma Void Customer service department was quick to assist in any way! They were prompt in issuing a half off voucher since I had purchased the helmet within the same year, and the ordering process and quick delivery made it all worth it! Will never buy another helmet brand again!

"Really like fit & comfort of helmet"
Really like fit & comfort of helmet. They do run snug regarding sizing. My head measured 56 1/2. I ordered a 57 (recommended) & 58, & although both seemed to fit the 58 is definitely more comfortable when wearing long hours. (+3 hour ride). Nice quality & definitely would buy again.

After doing my homework, I decided that the MIPS system was for me. Who doesn't want an additional way to protect your brain? I love my TV Lynx helmet. I especially like the adjustable wheel at the back so you can make it just the right fit.
I had an issue and customer service was right there and helped me out to 100% satisfaction.

I love my trauma void lynx. It fits really well and the chin strap doesn't choke me or bring out my gag reflex. When I had a horse fall with me and kick my helmet, the helmet looked fine but I decided I should replace it. Trauma Void took it back and gave me replacement at 50% off.
