I couldn’t give less than 1 star. Do not use this service. I realised today that they have been taking money for 3 years despite the guy from support telling me that the account had been cancelled a long time ago. After some complaining he did agree to refund 3 months worth (originally apparently the system would only allow a refund of £6). 3 years of payments of £13.50!!!

The process of building, editing and downloading CVs and cover letters was so simple and understandable. However, the customer service agents need proper training on handling clients enquiries.

I reached out about the need to change a payment method on my account in order to accommodate a subscription. Instead, the agency Alex that attended to me went ahead and CANCELLED my subscription! As if that was not enough, he came back telling me the subscription offer made to me could not be retrieved due to his own error of mistaken cancellation

Has anyone ever experienced this kind of customer service? How did you go about it? LiveCareer messed themselves up with this action, not me!!!

"False advertising as it's Not free!"

Bit of a scam as this isn't a free CV builder as advertised. It's like saying it's free to order food from a restaurant, but you have to pay to eat it. In their FAQs it says yes its free to build a cv but once you're happy with it you have to signup to a subscription to be able to download, print or email it. Wish i had read that first. Whats the point of going through the process if not to download or email or print? Don't waste your time if you wanted a free CV.

Ths issue I am having issues that when I tried changing to another CV template and download, it is not changed. It kept downloading the first CV template without changing to the new template.

Please correct this or tell me what to do.
