Would like to cancel the service, but seems to be impossible. Did have a long chat with someone from the customer service, but he claimed that my account could not be found with my name and email address and would need my card number.. also seems to be impossible to get any direct contac with anyone from the customer service to solve this situation. Hope this will get the attention and I can finally cancel the service and the monthly fees.

Very detailed questions..I.m a very young retired person (due to caring for my Mum) I.ve loads of experience and I just want to get back to work part time ..this site is so good..it makes you think about your past life working experience..when the Print out came out..it was just brilliant...!!!!! I.m now going to be the new President of America 🤣🥰🥰🥰🥰 (obviously not).but it really helps your confidence..they also provide a professional reviewer..to overlook your answers and maybe advise a different way of putting things..for €9.00 a year it.s so worth it..100% excellent

Be careful, sharp practice! Like many others here, I paid what I believed to be a one-off £1.95 fee for building my CV. 10 months later (!) I discovered I was debited nearly £20 every month for the service I didn’t agree to. Not once in these 10 months did I receive any email from LiveCareer which pretty much shows they don’t want you to notice they subscribed you without your knowledge or permission.
