Take £25.99 every month which is extremely difficult to cancel. I was then charged an extra £4.95 to be able to log in to my own account to access it to request cancellation. Very difficult to get in contact with.

The process was great but then you are hit with a charge at the end which means pay or lose all the work.
Also it auto renews again in small print,
Just wish charges were up front.
Save everyone wasting their time.

Avoid at all costs. They trick you into a subscription disguised as a small one time fee! Really really shady business practices and very dark UX patterns.
