Hi,

You have charged me ₹399 on Aug 18th...why ?

I had used your service and had cancelled my subscription after the trial download on the same day 4th Aug, i guess. I even had mailed your customer care.

Still, i saw an auto debit from my account ... This is insane.

Pls revert the charges ASAP

"I cancelled my subscription in Feb"

I cancelled my subscription in Feb. Got an e-mail that it was cancelled. Ever since then I have been billed every month, sometimes twice a month just for S*** and giggles. I have sent numerous e-mails to them but no luck.
Please don't consider this platform. They will steal your money.
