"Experiencia pésima"

Pedí un sofá en julio que me tenía que llegar en septiembre. Me dijeron una semana antes de la supuesta fecha de entrega que se iba a demorar y que lo tendría que recibir durante el mes de noviembre. Decidí esperar pero en las ultimas semanas intenté averiguar la fecha exacta de entrega. Ahí me comentaron que se iba a demorar más pero solo de una semana porque le faltaban piezas al proveedor.
Como es posible que le falte piezas al proveedor después de 4 meses de espera?
Para resumir, estuve meses esperando un sofá que nunca iba a llegar, fue una tomadura de pelo total y decidí cancelar mi pedido.
Me devolvieron el dinero pero nunca mas volveré a comprar porque la experiencia fue realmente pésima!!

Having bought a new apartment in Spain and with lots of shops having supply issues following Covid, we opted to order a lot of items on Westwing Spain. Deliveries were not without any problems but excellent customer service always managed to find a solution. Until the day the big terrace table in teak arrived. The guys did not unpack it nor assemble it. When i tried to do it with the help of my kids we realised that the there were no screws delivered, there were no predrilled holes either. The worst part was when we put the table top on the legs, one of the legs cracked and broke off. Westwing offered the refund upon return - we are in the middle of the mountains with a small rental car, or a voucher for 10 eur for a table that cost over 700 eur. After a complaint, that was increased to 70 eur. But i am still left with a table i cannot use and in a country where we don t know anybody and without speaking Spanish.. good luck finding somebody who will take the time to fix it. Very disappointed- Cannot recommend them

UPDATE: a VERY nice lady ( sorry i didn’t catch your name) called me from Westwing Spain customer support and offered all their support in fixing this issue. The table is now fixed, looking absolutely stunning in our terrace. 5** for all the help. I ll be for sure ordering more from Westwing.

Cobran con mucha antelación, tardan demasiado en enviar piezas defectuosas porque no pasan el control de calidad. Venden más de lo que pueden atender y mientras tanto tienen tu dinero retenido.
