"Pedido incompleto del que nadie responde"
He comprado tres juegos de toallas. Solamente me han llegado dos. He comprado tres juegos de toallas. Solamente me han llegado dos. Y no soy puedo reclamar el que falta. No existe ningún teléfono de atención al cliente en el que te responda alguien. Tan solo puedes dejar tu reclamación por escrito a través de la web. Llevo más de cinco correos arriba y abajo, y la única respuesta que obtengo es que eso viene directamente desde su proveedor, y que en la base de datos pone que todo es correcto. Pero la realidad es que solamente llegaron dos paquetes de los tres que tengo pagados. pasan los días y las semanas y nadie se hace responsable de este pedido incompleto. No obtengo la mercancía ni tampoco la devolución. Una estafa completa. Y un servicio atención al cliente pésimo

"ESTAFADORES"
Fatal experiencia. Tres de las veces que he pedido me han cancelado el pedido. Según ellos porque el proveedor no tiene stock o porque les cancela el pedido. Cómo puedes ser? Si cada producto del pedido es de un proveedor diferente y encima uno de ellos (concretamente una lámpara ) es de su colección. Que hacen publicidad engañosa? Te ofrecen un 20% de descuento por aniversario y luego cancelan todo el pedido. Desde luego han perdido un cliente. NUNCA MÁS!

"Can I give a minus"
Can I give a minus? I could write a book. Had an awful time when in Canaries, thought it would be OK on the main land Spain. Nooooooo it’s not always westwing it’s Seur the delivery 🚚 but the two go together. If Westwing use such an appalling company as Seur. Then blame the customer because they cannot find your house. Blimey! There used to be a time, no phones, no mobiles, no sat navs, no google maps, no google Earth. We still had items delivered to our homes.
I was told today, if I order on line I should be able to tell them where my house is? I sent address, google location telephone and email details. Oh no they want us to pick the stuff up at a gas station? So why did they not ask at the gas station? If I went to a shop and placed an order, they still have to deliver the larger items to our home. We have been in our house 2 weeks, the house has been here 19 years!
Why not stop in the village 3 minutes away from us by car, and ask where it is ? Cannot do that! they have so many deliveries to make, yet apparently, they have been looking for days? How long has that taken?
Have requested a full refund, nothing so far, and we are talking a considerable amount of Euros.
Westwing have not helped at all. Seur don’t pick up the phone.
Advice if you want any just do not bother.
That is just not true, our address is 3 minutes by car from Moraleda De Zafayona. Moraleda is shown on the map, our property can be seen, so can the road.
So to try and make 40 minutes out of it is totally ridiculous
The gas station where SEUR in their wisdom dropped off two parcels, picked up today quite by chance by a friend who speaks Spanish, is only a few minutes away from us.
I did not tell you a delivery person took 1 and a half hours, I told you some German friends of ours were 1 and a half hours finding us.
I told you this because the friends gave us a tip to find it easily. I told you because I wanted to help right?
You said you could not pass the information on to Seur!
Every time I gave you any information you said it was not relevant. You actually said Seur use Google maps and the house could not be found.
If you wish to comment on my review, at least do me the courtesy of correct information.
The whole thing has been a shambles, I say again do not bother, either with Westwing or with SEUR.

"Send the same broken product twice"
Bought a nice looking table which arrived after a few weeks of wait. It was broken. Westwing sent us another one and after a couple weeks more it arrived. Surprise surprise! It was also broken, not sure wasn't the same original table. Obviously the second time we asked for a refund. After almost 2 weeks of the last episode, they finally confirmed were going to pay us the table back. Turns out we had 30 euros coupon, which is not going to be returned. Or the 6.9 euros for transport either. This company sells interesting products, customer service replies quick but its actual customer service actions are a disgrace.
Never going to buy there again.

Lo que no puede ser es esperar un mes para que te entreguen una mesa blanca básica de tv que cuesta 350€, llegue rota, no hay reposición y me ofrezcáis quedármela igualmente y me dais un cupón de 60€...que clase de compensación es esta??, me parece una vergüenza....y otra cosa, los gastos de envío de 50 € porque no me los devolvéis??....os lo vuelvo a resumir...me siento estafada, pensé que erais una empresa mas seria la verdad

"They don't REALLY care..."
I did not have a good customer service experience in terms of obtaining a satisfactory resolution to the problem(s) with my order. Firstly, I waited two months for delivery. Fair enough, I knew that when I ordered. Then the item was delivered a week late (no communication about the delay). Then is was delivered the day before the scheduled delivery. Finally, the courier dropped the item off (a bed) at the street door to my building instead of bringing it up to my apartment. I had to chase WW up about all of these issues and, many weeks later, the best they can offer me in compensation is 20 euros off my next purchase. What a joke! For obvious reasons, there will be NO next purchase...

"Westwing estafa con los precios"
Alucinante lo de westwing. Su sofá lennon 4 plazas hace un año valía 1699€ ahora vale 3299€ (lo sé porque lo compré hace 1 año). Podran justificar la inflación, costes de la cadena de suministro o lo que quieran pero tengo la comparativa que tambien compré hace un año en Made un sofá cama (640€) y la única variación de precio de año a otro ha sido de 40€. (700€). Para que tengáis como referencia. Son unos estafadores… da vergüenza ajena, amen de que la calidad no es buena por 1700/3300€
