UPD. Received defective customer return (poorly repacked). To their credit - the return and refund process has been easy and efficient. Based on my experience- I will not order here again.

They have an efficient order processing and fast shipping. But: Their website has generally an overpriced merchandise (first time ever I see online store selling items at a price higher than the manufacturer’s suggested retail price), unprofessional and generally terrible customer service (you know, the type, when you ask a question and they instead of answering it are saying how much they value you and your business and that they strive to be the best in business, etc. At the end your question or concern is left unanswered). I would never purchase anything from them again.

Muy malas experiencias. He tenido que devolver tres productos defectuosos, el último era el mismo que el último que devolví aunque le han cambiado el nombre y me encuentro con que lo han "intentado" arreglar malamente, xk seguía con los mismos desperfectos y otros añadidos dejando mucho que desear en general. Antes compraba más pero he decidido no hacerlo puesto que por muchas reclamaciones puestas ya no sé si es problema de westwing o de la empresa de transportes que reparte los productos.

Muy buen servicio, y todo bonito y de calidad. Soy muy fan y me tiene enamorada. Los precios son medio-altos pero con la recomendación a amigos y las rebajas, siempre se uede conseguir a buen precio. Además, las devoluciones son súper sencillas.

Por el momento, westwing es la web que mejor responde y cumple con los plazos de entrega. En otras webs, como sklum por ejemplo te dicen que tienen stock y una vez has comprado te mandan un mensaje informandote de que no lo tienen en stock y puedes esperar meses
