Shocking company - avoid at ALL COSTS . I hope they go bust

Terrible company, all owned by the bigger housing companies. They make you feel like a criminal just for living in your own home.

Horrible service, horrible people to deal with . They are thieves, they make people pay a lot of money for littelrally nothing. One guy comes around and cuts the grass once in a while, apart from that nothing else has been done and they make people pay a fortune for that ! People have to work hard for they money, but they are getting paid for nothing! Everything is broken and dirty.

There are many much better managing agents. I have experienced them.

"We've been trying to get Encore estate…"

We've been trying to get Encore estate to send us a management pack for a Cambridge property we want to buy. We are still waiting and it is holding up our purchase and we in turn can't sell our property. We feel the wait is unacceptable. Please ring me 07703716961. Thank you.

This company are shambolic.
Unfortunately they really don't seem to know what they are doing , contradicting information , utterly inefficient ,untustworthy and unprofessional.

Seem keen to get your money but thats about it , avoid , avoid , avoid ! Extremely bad service, seem to employ bullying tactics and I will also be seeking legal advice in dealing with them going forward.

"'Management' in the title only"

I inherited these guys when I bought a property; unfortunately, they don't have a communication protocol established and only provide a generic email info [at] or a web form on the web site; of course, none of them are even replied to; after learning the name of the person who is supposed to manage my property I have contacted this gentelman on 2 different ocassions and in both cases he was not responsive. To the extent that I had to call the office chasing after him and even that was hardly succesful. There is literally no way to escalate these communication problems, there are no established service level agreements and all the signs from my encounter with this company tell that they are very happily charging you on regular basis, but other than the minimum effort they don't provide any 'management' or support in resolving the issues they are allegedly supposed to solve, and that I am paying for. Overall very disappointing and borderline unprofessional company. I will be supporting an AGM resolution next year to replace them.

Delusional about their relationships with residents. Unprofessional, abusive staff. Its a nightmare of a company. By they reply you can see waiting times for them to get back to you 6 months. Just to show how pathetic they are

If you’re buying a property and you see this company as the estate management company DO NOT buy! Whilst completing my house sale they saw an opportunity to (knowing I couldn’t complete without the sign off of cleared estate management funds) to make me pay an extra £500 but making my account go into arrears even though I was within my period of payment!

Despite electric car use being supported by the government as environmentally friendly

Despite myself bearing the full cost

A company who although based in the Silicon Valley of uk , Cambridge acts like a dinosaur

Wish I had never moved into a development managed by encore estate Mgt
