"Could try harder... but they don't!"

This company is good at looking after the financial side of running a building I have no complaints there, and generally the people from Encore (Nottingham) come across as nice people to deal with. But they seem to struggle dealing with the hands on and manual style running of the building which as a owner matters quite a lot to me to see my building run and looked after correctly and safely because in the end your paying them to do this service, I must also say their reply on emails and call backs are poor and sometimes never materialise and you can chase them for months.

Again at the moment Encore great at looking after our property's finance but not at looking after our building and providing a satisfactory service to all the residents.

What a poor poor excuse of a property management company in Nottingham, go elsewhere.

"Inept and ineffectual"

This company is inept at responding to emails. Even a simple question gets a standard 5/10 days response, and even after that time they still haven't communicated.

If you are buying property managed by this company be warned. They have constantly over charged and mismanaged the building from the very beginning. Ask anyone at Sutton Court we are taking them to court.
