Ordered hot chocolate which they had a picture of online. M & s fair trade hot chocolate in blue canister. . They sent the brown normal hot chocolate which I could have bought a quarter of the price. Despite sending emails as you are unable to call them they failed to respond. Do not buy!! Scam company. They take your money and don’t want to know. Be warned!!

Ordered by image on website marigold squeaky clean cloths and happy to pay the price. They send me cloths of a different composition which anyone can buy locally at a far lesser price. Backwards and forwards to customer service dept simply requesting a returns note and prepaid label as clearly not the product in the image and communicated the same. Stock pre scripted email replies. Would never ever purchase from this shower again!!!@@

Beware of buying from British essentials
I had ordered a large batch of tea from this company. It also arrived, but since then they have continued to send me the same portion and charge my card several times in a month. I have informed them that I did not order it but they claim that I clicked on "subscription and 10%". I have requested the transaction to be withdrawn and then they want me to arrange the return myself. No help with return forms or postage paid, other companies can figure that out.
It is obvious that no private person needs to buy tea for DKK 1000 several times a month.

jeg havde bestilt en stor portion te hos dette firma. Den ankom også, men siden er de blevet ved med at sende mig den samme portion og hæve på mit kort flere gange på en måned. Jeg har gjort dem opmærksom på, at jeg ikke har bestilt det men de påstår at jeg har klikket på "subscription og 10%. Jeg har forlangt handlen trukket tilbage, og så vil de have, at jeg selv sørger for tilbagesendingen. Ingen hjælp med returblanketter eller porto betalt. Det kan andre firmaer ellers godt finde ud af.
Det er jo oplagt at ingen privat person har brug for at købe te for 1000 kr flere gange om måneden.

As a resident of the US and having visited the UK numerous times, I really enjoy being able to get the snacks I enjoyed in the UK shipped to me in the US. The only draw back is the expiration or “Best By” dates. Sometimes both are really close to the day received.
