My experience was a little bittersweet, but it’s not your fault. Your products are the best, however the cost is very expensive if, besides all of these (high prices) customs are involved (a nightmare in time and money). I had the feeling that I had bought gold power instead of curry. And as if that were not enough, my parcel arrived a month later. Damn Brexit!

They said there would be no customs charges. Delivery was delayed until customs charges were paid. They said they would refund the charges immediately if i sent the receipt. I sent the receipt. They have not refunded me and they do not reply to any emails now. All i get is the automated reply saying they will reply within 48 hrs but i have been waiting over a week for a reply.
