I placed an order understanding it would ship in 2 or 3 days. A week later it had not shipped. I cannot find a phone number for customer service. I sent emails to cancel the order as I had to buy elsewhere. I get canned email replies that my order has shipped or in process so it cannot be cancelled. Literally 3 replies. Exact wording in all 3. Same representative Holly on all 3. The app says unfulfilled paid. So I want it cancelled. This is a horrible experience.

May 14th Update:
So I have received a refund for the missing products after I contacted customer service with a new email. I have not yet received any update on refund for the customs duties I have paid out of pocket.
Original Message:
I ordered three vegan items. When the package arrived in Spain, I was told I needed to pay customs. The Customer Service team at British Essentials instructed me to pay the duty and that they would reimburse me, I have yet to be reimbursed a month later. When I finally did receive my order, 40GBP worth of the 50GBP order was missing with a handwritten note stating the customer will be reimbursed for missing items. The products were shipped 9 weeks ago and I have not received any refund for the missing items.
I am highly disappointed and would not recommend using the service unless absolutely necessary. So far it would have been cheaper for me to fly to the UK to purchase these items.

"Appaling service"
A really dire service- order was sent in 6 packages delivered over 10 days, one containing one can of soup. All cans were damaged due to weak or non-existent packaging. After two weeks I have had no answer to my request for a refund.
