The taxes was not included, and the dokument with items and prizes was in pounds. So I had a bit of trouble getting the package out from the Norwegian customs. But super happy with everything I ordered :)

Placed an order last 30th January, a total amount of 99,24€. The order was returned because it did not get cleared in the customs.
Support assistant wrote 'To make things right, we will process a refund for your order promptly. You can expect to see the refunded amount reflected in your original payment method within 3 - 5 banking days'.
It's been 25 days since then, and I have not received my refund. What's more, I have contacted twice regarding the refund, but it looks like they don't care.
So, I guess I have kindly donated 99,24€ to this business. Enjoy it!

"Innacurate information on delivery costs"
Hi, My complaint is basically the fact that it took such a long time to deliver, 28 January to 7 March. It was sent in six packages and I paid for the option of DHL because they use a local courier service that delivers to my address. However it was sent by Royal Mail which is cheaper than DHL. Also the site says that all costs are covered yet I had to pay for delivery by BGPOST. It was not delivered to my address but to the nearest Post Office to my address. Which meant a trip to the post office for all six packages. I did not get charged Customs cost. Michael Weavers

I live in France. I ordered from this UK site for UK goods and paid with a UK debit card. I have been charged in eurors for these goods which means the transaction is subject to bank charges for a non UK amount. I have tried to clarify this with British Essentials customer services but keep getting an 'automated' response which does not address the problem. I would have cancelled the order if I had known about their inability to arrange payment in pounds sterling

We had a great experience easy shopping order sent off very quickly, we received half our our order very quickly but because we ordered what is basically an unknown medicin cream deep heat which is not known in denmark we had over a month delay because it all had to ve check that they can receive in this country, we didn't mind the wait and fully understood and knew it would pass , but it's definitely something to be aware of if your order ends up in a long delay with such items . But we will definitely be ordering again and know if we order such things again it's not B.E fault it's the country you live in that make the order delayed so be patient 🙂. But we very much so like B.E 😀😀😀😀

Everything was well wrapped and very fresh. There was a small amount of sugar that escaped the bag, but that was easy to brus off.
