I needed the orange jelly to make Mary Berry's Jaffa cakes recipe. When I saw the other flavors and that they were on sale, well I just had to have them also. The ordered was filled quickly and arrived when it was scheduled.

I am happy to say that the balance of my order. Has finally been despatched and confirmed by DHL. I would like to thank British Essentials for finally responding and I would like to request them to act more quickly in the future.

Wrong item delivered, many emails sent to customer service, messages sent though website and no response.
Now must send it back at my cost to get a refund. Paid a delivery fee, so a loss all round for me.
No contact telephone number to speak to someone. Very disappointing. First and last time I buy from them.

Obs: Det kommer toll og gebyrer i tillegg når du bestiller fra Norge - uansett hvor lite du bestiller. Papirer må fylles ut og sendes til tolletaten før pakken blir vidresendt til deg. (Altså ikke voec-bedrift).

"Active yeast never delivered"

I ordered dried active yeast over a month ago. The order was rejected by irish customs as the export paperwork was incorrect. It was delivered back to, and received by them several days ago, but, they are no longer communicating with me. I have sent 10 or so emails asking for a refund, to no avail. A dreadful company, stay well away!
