"proceed with caution"

Tried to go through this company to get my father's hip done by Kristian Kley/Adrian Wilson.
From day one we were told conflicting and inaccurate information , this company is about money not patient care. I am in the process of complaining to GMC and CQC.

"Hip Replacement"

I had my hip replaced in July and so far I've been very happy...the day of the operation and pre-op were incredibly thorough and my stay was very comfortable at The London Hip Clinic. I've had two follow ups to date and a further x-ray booked through The Living Room Health team to monitor my progress.

I attended Living Room Health in Paddington for an MRI. The appointment was efficiently and quickly arranged at very short notice and all members of staff I met or dealt with by telephone were helpful and friendly. The Paddington facilities were excellent. The MRI reports were received within 48 hours and were detailed and complete. I would certainly recommend and use Living Room Health again.

MRI scans are a breeze with Amelle and we cannot thank her enough, the way she explained how the MRI worked was so soothing and you could see the knowledge she had.
