Ok the products are good and lower prize. But i had ordered items with credit card than i got an error. After a few days i re purchased the items with paypal but this time i couldn get my 10$ discount. I had to pay 10$ more. Furthermore i can not reach any customer service via online chat. I always left mesaages to reach back to me. Only got 2 responds. When we sum up, 3 stars enough for u.

I had a great experience with ERIK's. I ordered a large jacket that I thought wasn't an ideal fit. I ordered a replacement one size smaller and they shipped it out. I returned the large one and had my refund process with no issues. They even offered to give me a few days past their 30 return policy to return the large jacket.
Quick responses from their customer service team made the experience even more enjoyable.

Shopped local shops in Houston/Pasadena/League City/Webster area for a GT or HARO for my grandson for Christmas. Lots of bike shops but no deals. Went online, found Erik's and bought an upgraded HARO for what I would've paid for the next model down in their line up locally.
I was contacted by a customer service representative at Erik's and we hit it off immediately. Now I've got a friend in MN! Received the bike exactly like I was told to expect and the assembly was easy and quick. My grandson has a smile that lights up every time the bike is mentioned and he is happy, happy with his new HARO Downtown! THANKS, ERIK'S
