I ordered a bike accessory from Erik's and received it near the end of April. It was missing a special washer. This seems to have been the manufacturers fault and not Erik's. I sent an email about the issue and they replied promptly and gave me an ETA on a new washer. The date came and went with no washer in sight. I sent 5 separate emails to Erik's asking for an update between the estimated delivery day and May 22nd. I received no reply. I left a voicemail on their customer service line and received no reply. A few days after leaving the voice mail I spoke with a rep and was told the post office lost the part and they would get back to me. They never got back to me. I called again, they said they would check with warranty and get back to me. They never got back to me. I called again(now June 5th) , and they got back left a more detailed message explaining it would be delivered on the 6th and that it would ship hopefully by the 8th with a promise to email tracking. This never came. I sent an email on the 9th asking for tracking and an update. Today is the 18th of June. I don't have the washer or any more information from Erik's. They have been nothing but courteous on the phone and I have a certain amount of patience for these kinds of issues but it is June 18th and this has been going on since April 24th. If I knew what was going on it would be one thing but I have no idea.

Had a shipment issue -- ordered expedited shipping and noticed the package hadn't sent two days later. Customer service was extremely friendly, figured out the problem with shipping company, called me back to let me know what happened, and then overnight-ed my order so I still received it in time, No issues with item I ordered and very pleased with friendly service and willingness to fix issue.
