"Specialize Kit Return"

I ordered a specialized kit from Erik's, not truly knowing what size to order for the SL Pro Jersey. I took the chance and ordered a medium. I ended up receiving the kit plus another item which I did not order (a large windbreaker shipped to me by mistake).
After 2 separate voicemails, I was finally able to make contact with someone. They assisted me with providing me with a return label. Coincidentally the kit I purchased was not the right size and they did not have any other sizes available. They were helpful enough to send me a return label for the kit as well. It took longer than expected to relieve the return label, but I was finally able to complete the entire transaction. It took some work, so I would say their customer service is mediocre. I may order again from them...but only if I know for certain what size. I am always weary about returning items

I ordered online. got the product as requested. However was never able to receive customer service via email or phone (went to voicemail multiple times.). I was concerned as the product shipped a bit later than their site typically says it takes and I did not get an update on the process. Overall happy the product arrived though!

I was told the product would not be available to be shipped until the end of June, then I got it in 2 days. A good error I know but still sort of crazy. Othewise really liked your service!!
