Garret and Team at Roseville Store in MN were AMAZING! We had gone to 4 other bike stores that day. One other ERIKS store was not so great, went to the Roseville store because they had the bike we wanted and WOW!
Was very patient, helpful and wanted to make sure the customer service and quality of bikes that were purchased was fabulous! The Roseville store 30 miniute drive for us, we will certainly go back!!! We ending up spending $1,900.00 on 2 bikes, we certainly got more than our money's worth!!!

Ordered FitBikeCo BMX for son’s birthday. Bike arrived on time.

I orderes 2 wheels from them and one came in I had to call in order to find out where my other wheel is. After an hour of them saying they would send me the shipping number I have yet to receive. Bad communication

"Erik's not interested in selling lower cost bikes"

I have heard great things about Eriks so my wife and I decided to take in some older bikes to buy some new ones for the summer. I went to their site to see if they took trade-ins. Their site had our bikes listed as bikes that they took. When we got to the store, they said that they do not take Schwinn bikes as they are not "Bike Shop" quality. They offered a location that recycles bikes and gave us the address.

We accepted that and asked to be shown bikes that were between $300-$400 each as we are not avid bikers and didn't need anything high end. We were then told that we should consider something $500.00 or more as they would last us for life. We asked to see what was on sale or on closeout just to be reverted back to bikes that were out of our price range. I brought up the Erik's web site on my phone and looked up closeouts and asked if I could be helped finding some of these in the Twin Cities just to be told once again that the brands that I was looking at were of lower quality and that I should consider something else. I became frustrated and asked the manager why you sold these brands if they were not to your standards for quality and his response was to create a price impression. I left with my wife, recycled our bikes elsewhere and spent $750.00 at another retailer on two Diamondback bikes that we were thrilled with. I was not impressed with your service! I was ready to buy that day if only I was shown the options that I asked for. I saw many Raleigh bikes on the top racks that were in our price range but you wouldn't show them to me even though I asked multiple times.

I ordered some spare parts for my mountain bike. Luckily I found everything I needed on that website. Their stock is just impressive. So it can be a daunting task to find the right items. But you can refine the search very precisely.
Everything else went really easy. All my stuff was delivered very quickly and packed very well. I would definitely order there again. Thumbs up.
