Throughout the most challenging time of my life Gabby was the professional support I very much needed. In short, she provided the hope that I’d lost, whilst always remaining professional, clear, factual, and honest about the state of the case at all times.

Avoid. They drained my bank accounts, all of my credit cards and gave me a CCJ when i disputed the fees.

Oh - and I lost my kids too who were in my care full time until I engaged SFL.

Pushy - manipulative, devious and morally corrupt!

Legal advice was shoddy. The barriest they arranged for £4k was mute and did sweet F all in the hearings.

She was so bad I complained and they refunded me £500 quid (I am assuming that this is their referral fee from the barrister).

Just avoid at all costs. They helped to ruin my life and my childs life. I've not seen my child in almost 2 years since engaging them.

I don't know whether these solicitors are good or not but be aware that the 30 minute slot you book is not to help you with initial advice - it's a sales call to get your information. It is not a solicitor or anyone legally qualified that you talk to so don't expect to have any guidance on how to manage your issue. The website is misleading / not clear on this and when the solicitors are dealing with divorce / abuse / financial issues then the potential clients need to be supported with relevant information from the first call, not a vague pricing structure. As solicitors they may be very good but it's not a good introduction for clients that may already be feeling hopeless. The person that rang me was lovely but so disappointed to be misled in this way.

Our initial strategy meeting with Charlotte was very helpful - she had carefully prepared for it and was clearly aware of our needs - the advice she gave was to the point and cut out all of the nonessential and irrelevant material. We would recommend her without reservation.
